specified above is intended to promote a relationship with customers, based on
sending marketing content aimed at the biosafety area and promotion of
Cristófoli products.
The personal data collected in all procedures in
this commercial policy are: Name, ID number, full address, city, state,
telephone, job title, workplace and profession.
The legal basis used to justify the need for
personal data in this process is consent.

In case of customer registration, this
request is intended to better serve you with Cristófoli, such as: the
possibility of making complaints to the Customer Relations Department,
monitoring open protocols, scheduling with authorized assistance when products
need corrective maintenance, and opening technical calls.
The personal data collected in customer
registration procedures are: Name, ID number or CNPJ, full address with zip
code, telephone and email.
This initial customer registration form complies
with Brazilian consumer law, in particular the articles 4th, II,
paragraph d, III, IV and V, 6th, III, 8th caption, 9th,
18th paragraph 1st, I, 21, 2nd paragraph, 22,
sole paragraph and 50, caption and sole paragraph. The request for data is
legally based on the fulfillment of a legal or regulatory duty.

This platform is restricted to accredited technical assistance companies and Customer Relations Department employees.
Data is also shared internally with the customer relations, technical assistance and information technology departments.
